We ship clean beauty nationwide and worldwide — with sustainable packaging and real-time tracking. Orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous US.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During launches or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days — we’ll keep you updated.

Free standard shipping automatically applies for orders $50+ before taxes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are welcome via USPS.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and many other countries. International delivery times vary by location (typically 7–14 business days). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient (calculated at checkout for some regions).

  • Canada: $12.99 flat rate (delivery 5–10 business days)
  • UK & EU: $15.99 flat rate (delivery 6–12 business days)
  • Australia & NZ: $19.99 flat rate (delivery 8–14 business days)
  • Rest of world: Calculated at checkout starting at $24.99

Sustainable Packaging

All shipments use 100% recyclable or compostable materials — no plastic bubble wrap, only recycled paper padding and cardboard boxes. We also partner with EcoShip to offset carbon emissions for every delivery.

Tracking & Changes

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at shipping@honeycosme.com. After dispatch, we cannot reroute packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors/ mailroom. If still missing, email us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. For confirmed lost packages, we’ll reship or refund at our discretion.

Holiday & Weather Delays

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or severe weather, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience — our team works hard to get your honey goodness to you as fast as possible.
